  1. THIS is some stuff I learned from the group I was in today in our breakout session: Cute ideas take em' and run...

    1. Create cloth models of the heart. Use various material (solids or patterns) Paste to poster board and label.
    2. Do roll play with spanish classes for Dr. and ER visits and translate information.
    3. Blood spatter with your geometry teachers
    4. Communication: buy 2 way radios. Create call scenarios and have students play patients, doctors, nurse, pharmacies, lab, radiology, etc. Have students take call and direct, and document and follow procedure for phone calls... You can send one student in hall so its like receiving real phone calls.
    5. When reviewing class material have students use various accents to ask and answer questions in. This is fun and students listen because they want to hear how someone is going to say stuff.
    6. Use small marker boards and chalk boards in your classrooms for individual students..They can answer questions, draw and label stuff, play games ,etc.
YOU can buy the shower boards at LOWES cheap and have it cut to any size and its just like a marker board..

    8. pin the organ on the person
